If you wish to delete your wimo account and all associated data, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting us.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Open wimo → Go to Profile → Settings → scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" → confirm in the popup dialog.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@wimo.cc with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed: your profile information (nickname, avatar, bio); all characters, stories, scenes, and worlds you created; chat history and messages; AI character memory data (episodes, facts, relationship state); voice cloning data and audio samples; credit balance and transaction history; likes, favorites, and comments you made.
Content you published as public may remain visible but will be disassociated from your profile. This process is irreversible.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Some data may take up to 30 days to be fully purged from our backup systems.
