Welcome to wimo. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using wimo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (characters, stories, scenes, worlds, voice data). By publishing content as public, you grant other users the ability to view, interact with, and fork (copy) your content as enabled by the app's features. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses, images, voices, and other outputs are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI outputs for factual information. AI character behaviors and responses may vary and are not fully predictable.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI models; impersonate others or create misleading content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; circumvent access restrictions or security measures; use automated tools to scrape or access the service.
6. Credits & Payments
Some features require credits. Credits are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and consumption rates.
7. Intellectual Property
The wimo app, its design, code, and AI models are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app itself. User-created content remains the property of the respective creators.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public content may remain visible but will be disassociated from your profile.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
wimo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI features may produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of wimo.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of wimo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
